Paper Submission and Publications
Paper Submission guidelines
- Authors are invited to submit full-length, original, unpublished papers along with an abstract of at most 200 words.
- Electronic submission in PDF format as per the given format/template is required. Authors and contact information (name, affiliation, mailing address, mobile number, email etc.) must be entered during the submission process.
- Manuscripts including illustrations and list of references must be prepared according to template instructions.
- Authors of accepted papers will need to sign a copyright form.
- The organizers are using standard plagiarism checking tools to scrutinize the paper and paper will be rejected if found with significant plagiarism.
- Papers will be accepted for oral and poster presentations at the conference.
- Every accepted paper must have at least one author registered for the conference.
- All Paper Submission should be done through Microsoft CMT paper submission system.
- Those who do not have Microsoft CMT account will be required to create it for submitting the paper for EMNE-2024.

Conference Proceedings Publications
The accepted papers, after peer reviewing, will be published in the form of conference proceedings.
The discussions are going on with Springer/IOP and other reputed publishers in this regard.
